By booking services with One Solution Excavating & Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 10% deposit is required to secure your spot in our schedule. This deposit is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations Within 48 Hours
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled service, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation After Reschedule Policy
If an appointment is rescheduled one or more times and is subsequently cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
No-Call, No-Show Policy
Failing to show up for your appointment without prior notification will result in a charge of the full service amount.
Service Agreement
By scheduling and accepting services from One Solution Excavating & Junk Removal, you authorize our team to perform the agreed-upon work and acknowledge responsibility for payment of services rendered.
Limitation of Liability
One Solution Excavating & Junk Removal shall not be liable for delays or service interruptions caused by weather, acts of nature, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
